Every inspection your building owes, booked and on file.
Tell us where the building is and what's on site. See what the fire code and your water utility require, and when. Book a licensed local pro for each one, pay when the work is done, and keep every certificate in one place.
What does your building owe?
Takes a minute. Every answer links the code or local rule behind it.
From a date in someone's head to a certificate on file
One place for every recurring inspection, with the pro, the payment and the paperwork handled.
- 1
See what's due
Pick your state and what's on site. PremiseBay works out each legal requirement and its next date, and shows the rule it came from.
- 2
Book a licensed pro
Choose a pro by price, or send the job to everyone nearby and the first to accept takes it. Every pro's licence is checked against the state register.
- 3
Keep it on file
The pro uploads the certificate and files it with the authority where that's required. Your card is charged after the work is done, and the next date is set.

Licensed inspector, tester or hauler?
Businesses near you book the inspections you already do, at the price you set. No bidding, no lead fees. A 10% fee only on jobs paid through PremiseBay.
Free for one building
Every rule, every reminder and the certificate vault are free for a single building. Pro is $12 a building a month for portfolios, autobook and the API.
Which inspections does a restaurant need?
Most restaurants owe an annual fire extinguisher inspection, a kitchen fire suppression inspection every six months, kitchen hood cleaning on a schedule set by how much they cook, grease trap pumping on the city's schedule, and an annual backflow test if the water line has a testable assembly. Tick what you have in the checker above and it shows your state's own rules.
Who does the work?
Licensed local pros: extinguisher and sprinkler companies licensed by the state fire marshal, certified backflow testers, registered grease haulers and commissioned boiler inspectors. A pro is listed only after we check their licence against the state register.
How does paying work?
You pay the pro's listed price, with nothing added by PremiseBay. When a pro takes card payments through us, you save a card when they accept the job and it's charged only after the work is done and the certificate is in your vault. Some pros invoice you directly instead; the booking says which.
What if my building fails an inspection?
The pro records what failed. You see the defects and can book the repair or the retest with the same pro in one step.
Is this legal advice?
No. PremiseBay reads the codes and local rules, shows its sources and the date we last checked them. Your fire marshal, water utility or insurer has the final word for your building.
