API and MCP

Property management and insurance software can ask what a building owes and book the work. The checker is open to anyone; acting on an account needs a Pro API key from Settings.

The answer lists each obligation with its interval, next due date, status, the rule and its sources, who may do the work and how the report is filed.

MCP

The MCP server speaks streamable HTTP and answers with JSON. Add it to any MCP client. plan_obligations works without a key.

The full description, with request and response shapes, is at /openapi.json. Errors are JSON with a sentence in error and a stable code. Limits: 60 plan requests a minute per address, 30 bookings an hour per account.
