Billing questions
Do I pay anything extra when I book a pro?
No. You pay the price the pro lists for the job. PremiseBay's fee comes out of the pro's side, and only on jobs paid through PremiseBay.
How is Pro billed for several buildings?
Per building. Add a building and the next bill includes it, prorated by Stripe. Remove one and it comes off.
What is autobook?
For each building with autobook on, PremiseBay books the next visit with the same pro a set number of days before it falls due. It never books a visit whose due date we don't know.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings. Your records stay, and the account goes back to the free plan.
