What we keep

Your email address and password (held by our sign-in service, hashed). The buildings you add: name, address, what is on site and visit dates. Certificates and reports you or your pros upload. Bookings, including the pro, the date and the price. For pros: business details, licence numbers, service areas, prices and your certificate of insurance.

The free checker runs in your browser and sends us nothing until you save a building.

Who sees it

When you book, the pro you book (or the pros an open job is offered to) sees the service, the job size, your town and ZIP code, and once they accept, the address and your access notes. A share link shows the building's status and certificates to anyone who has the link, until you revoke it.

We use Stripe for payments and payouts (we never see full card or bank numbers), ThreadCamp to send email, Helm7 to host the app and its database, Sentry to record errors and feedback with personal details removed, and Google Analytics to count visits and steps through the site.

How long

As long as your account exists. Delete the account from Settings and your buildings, records, certificates and bookings are deleted with it. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Your rights

You can export your records (Pro), correct anything in the app, and delete your account at any time. For anything else, email [email protected].
